Here at Space Unlimited, we have been developing an approach we call 'partnership leadership' to help us manage our transition from founder-led to team-led business. We are finding that partership leadership is strongly aligned with our values and our work in the way that it builds resilience, trust and openness.

In practical terms, we allocate responsibilities to make the most of our different strengths, we participate as a full team at meetings with our board of trustees and we agree budgets and remuneration collectively.
